Play Date!!!

Lucy and I hosted a play date for some of our close friends this past Saturday and had a blast!  She was so proud of everything and so excited to have her friends over.  She makes it all worth it.  We had a great time having her little buddies over to just be silly and run around and play!

Andrea's newest baby, Layla (don't you love that name) was such a good little baby and literally sat snoozing away the entire time.

After everyone else had left, Lucy and Ella headed back to her bedroom for some snuggling.  So precious...and looks like my girl is a foot rubber like her Momma!  Her Aunt Kissy will just love that! ;)

It's going to be so fun to look back at these pictures one day when these two girlies are all grown up.   Sniff...totally can't even think about it.

The girls got kind of quite in Lucy's room and look what I found when I walked in!  Trouble #1 and Trouble #2 crawled up in Lucy's closet and are sitting on storage bins stacked 4 high!  Little monkeys!  They were giggling and giggling when I caught them.  Hilarious!

P.E. at School!

Lucy started P.E. two weeks ago at school and was sooooo unbelievably excited about it. Her Daddy insisted that she have just the right gear, so he went out and got her the cutest little black and hot pink Nike tennis shoes and some nike running shorts (just like the big girls have).  She went crazy.....absolutely loved them and couldn't wait to show her friends and teachers at school.  You were a big hit at school in your work out gear, LuLu, and I'm so glad you were feelin' good and lookin' good sister!

I had to go into work really early the next morning, so was a little upset that I didn't get to fix her up that morning for P.E.  But, the best Daddy ever fixed her up quite nicely and even did pig tails.  Love that man.

P.E. the next week in her pink and black outfit.  I asked her to show me what she does at P.E. and she definitely showed me.  I could hardly take the pictures, I was laughing so hard.  She was really getting after it and showing me all the moves/stretches she learned.  So adorable.

Waylon's Milk and Cookie's Party

Our sweet friends (Beth and Loren) little boy Waylon turned one this weekend and they had the cutest little milk and cookies party!  Waylon is such a sweet happy little thing and we loved getting to celebrate his special day with him!  Lucy LOVES "Baby Waylon" as she calls him and couldn't wait to go to this super fun and cute party!

 How adorable is this? Loren's grandparents actually used to own a dairy farm and these are several bottles from their farm.  So neat and incredibly special that they got to use!

 Lucy loved getting to mix her milk.  I can't believe we've never done this at home. We've just been totally boring and always only had regular milk, so she thought this was pretty cool.

 She was getting SUPER excited and obviously as you tell in the picture, she was cracking me up!

Beauty and the Beast in 3D

We took Lucy to see her first movie this weekend...Beauty and the Beast in 3D!  She got all decked out in her Belle shirt (that she adores and would wear everyday if I let her) and was so excited, it was precious.  We were so proud of her for being such a big girl and somewhat using her quite voice and she actually sat through the whole movie.  We did have some bubble gum, a sucker and half a tub of popcorn- but we made it!  It still makes me laugh thinking about her whispering (more like a super loud whisper) saying, "Mommy, moooore popcorn pease." Love that girl.

She fell outside at school and got a little scab on her nose, but it's healing really fast.

New Lake House!

My parents new lake house is all finished, so Carlos, Lucy and I all went up there this past weekend.  I'm not sure who all I've told or not, but several months ago three teenage boys broke in, vandalized, stole several things and then burned what was left down.  Such a horrible thing for someone to do and so horrible for my parents.  But, now that is all in the past and several, several hours of work later...their new place is ready!  We all absolutely love it and then did a fantastic job on all of it.  I'm so extremely happy for them that they can no just go to relax and not have to work on getting things ready.  Jack and Kaylee came up as well and we played and played and ate and ate.  All so much fun!  Love you mom and dad.  Thanks for having us up this weekend.
