Playing in the Rain

Lucy has been fascinated with the rain and umbrellas lately, so the other day after school it was sprinkling and we let her play in it.  She was in heaven and was being such a silly girl.  Love these pictures and my little mess.

Spring is Here!

Spring is officially here!  We have been soaking in this gorgeous weather and have been going to the park or just playing outside about every day after school. 

  Lucy has been begging to do bubbles, so we broke them out the other night while Carlos worked on the lawn.

She found some pretty flowers or aka weeds, but whatever!

Then she told me I needed to take some pictures of her in front of Daddy's truck.  Such a mess!  

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

That evening we came inside and put her "flowers" in a tiny vase and she was so proud!

Cousins and Aunt Kissy

Jack, KK and Aunt Kissy stopped by the other day to play for a few hours.  

Random luck that we were making cookies again.  Note: We don't make cookies every weekend, but pretty darn close to it, ha!  These are one of Lucy's favorites since she can go to town on the icing.

Bestie's Date

Last Saturday, Lucy and I, had a date with both of our bestie's, Laren and Ella.  We went to the cutest new little cupcake shop called Sweets and Spurs and then headed to see Dr. Suess' movie, The Lorax.  It was such a cute movie and we all had a blast!

The girls had to add a few extra sprinkles to their cupcakes.  I think we poured out about half the container...oops!

Happy St. Pattie's Day

I'm going out of order on my posts, but had to post this picture of my little Leprechaun.  Happy St. Pattie's Day!

She made this adorable hat/mask at school and was in such a silly mood that day!

Carlos is THE best Daddy.  He surprised Lucy with a key lime tart, a St. Pattie's Day balloon and then he got us both flowers.  So sweet.  I adore this picture.

Helping me clean this morning with her water bottle.  She loves to help me do EVERYTHING.  After she went down for her nap, I got to go back over it all and do it again.  Oh well, she loves it.

On our way to school one day last week.  Lucy insisted that she wear a watch and bracelet like Mommy's and said, "Oh, we forgot my glove"! Sorry Michael, didn't realize we needed that one glove today.

Who is this child? Haha! Lucy's been very into taking pictures and videos with my phone lately.  It always cracks me up when I go back through to see what she's taken.
