Another Ear Infection and Watching "Mouse"

First, we have had a rough couple weeks in the Rodriguez home. Lucy had another ear infection two weeks ago, which seemed to have gone away. But, just three days after finishing her round of antibiotics, she got pretty sick yet again and of course it turned out she had a double ear infection and a slight case of RSV. Just lovely, huh? This crazy Oklahoma weather just does a number on Lucy's allergies. The doctor gave us another antibiotic this time around and just said we'd have to let the RSV run it's course, but that she would no longer be contagious on Monday. Thank goodness! She seems to be feeling much better and I'm sure is ready to go play with her friends at baby school on Monday.

On a lighter note, Lucy has finally somewhat gotten into watching TV (woohoo)! And, yes while I know this is a good thing that she hasn't really been too into before- it is incredibly nice for her to now watch it for even 5 minutes and give us just a tiny break! Her absolute favorites right now are Elmo and Mickey Mouse. She goes crazy and yells "Ellllmo" when we put one of her video's on and she starts yelling "doooog" or "mouse" when Mickey Mouse is on- loves them both!

Kicked back in her baby chair watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. And, no don't worry Reesie isn't eating her fingers, haha. Just giving her chubby little fingers a sniff since she had just gotten done having some cheese and crackers.
