We had such a nice and relaxing weekend. Saturday, Carlos, Lucy and I walked to Prairie Kitchen for breakfast. It was funny being there with Lucy because oddly enough that is where Carlos and I had our first date (that we didn't know would truly end up as a date). We met at the OU library our freshmen year to study and then when the library closed, we went to Prairie Kitchen to have breakfast and to continue talking and getting to know each other. Needless to say we didn't end up studying at all. So, eleven years later, having our little girl there was pretty funny. After breakfast we came back home, took naps and then went to dinner and ran around for a little while. Saturday, I did house work and Carlos mowed the lawn. Later that evening my sister, Jason, Jackson and Kaylee all came over to visit Lucy. It was so good to see them. I missed Jack and Kaylee soooo much!

Jack holding Lucy. He is such a good cousin, most little boys his age wouldn't really care about a baby girl. But, he is so sweet and always loves on her and asks to hold her. It's so crazy- it doesn't seem like it was 8 years ago that I was holding him in my arms and 3 years ago that I was holding Kaylee. It all goes by too fast!
