On the fifth day we were in Destin, we visited a small local beach community called Seaside and fell in love! We'd heard of this place before and initially tried to book our vacation here, but we waited too late and it was completely booked for the 4th of July. It was nice to get to visit it first to see if we really wanted to spend a vacation there one year, and we know for sure we definitely do. It was so pretty and quaint. We will definitely be vacationing at Seaside for sure!
We stopped in the cutest local store for kids and got Lucy her vacation souvenir. A doll that we named Sandy from Seaside. She loved it!

We finished our afternoon off by eating at a delicious little restaurant and I can't remember the name of it for the life of me, but it was delicious!
Later that day when Lucy woke up from her nap, we went out on the beach for a bit and then swam at the condo's pool. It was the perfect last full day in Florida!

We went to Seaside a couple of years ago for the first time and fell in love with it. It's so cute and quaint, isn't it?
