Happy Daddy's Day! Last weekend for Father's Day, Lucy and I made a yellow/chocolate swirl pound cake for Carlos and woke him up (he was actually already awake, but Lucy was so excited to go wake him up that he had to fake it, ha) to surprise him. We had him come into the living room to give him his prizes as Lucy called them and then we headed off to the splash pad! Lucy is so in love with her Daddy and it's so neat to see their sweet little relationship. She already has him wrapped around her little finger! I love you for so many reasons honey, but getting to see the amazing father you are to our sweet girl makes me love you more than ever! Happy Daddy's Day to one of the best!

Now that summer is officially here, they've started having "Water Fun" days at school. They play in the sprinklers and baby pools at school and I'm sure Lucy LOVES it!
