So I'm pretty sure I had the best Mother's Day ever! I got to sleep in and then had breakfast in bed brought to me by Carlos and Lucy. Carlos said he was trying to let me sleep in a little later, but Lucy was just too excited. She was so precious and so proud of my presents and kept saying "Mommy's Day". She kept looking up at me with the sweetest head-tilted little smile...priceless. They brought me all my favorites and a few extra presents. Carlos went way overboard this year, but I'm not complaining- ha! Without a doubt the best present on this Mother's Day was definitely my LuLu, of course. I'm SO thankful to be the mother of this baby girl. Every night when I put her in bed, I walk out of her room in amazement that she is mine. How was I so lucky to be chosen to be her Mother? I will never be able to thank God enough for entrusting me with her life. She is the biggest blessing I will EVER receive.
Sunday, we went over to Cris and Jason's for brunch with my mom and dad. Lucy had the best time and the visit wouldn't be complete without some time out on their trampoline. Little Miss Thing is getting so brave on it and makes her Mommy a nervous wreck! We barely backed out of their driveway before LuLu crashed out! Such a WONDERFUL mother's day!
