Nine Months!

Lucy Brooke is nine months! She has developed quite the little personality this month and will laugh and laugh so hard and also definitely lets you know if she doesn't like something. She's so funny and also shows signs of being a bit sassy, but still in the sweetest innocent way. Mommy and Daddy love you sweet girl. Here is what she is up to this month:

• Has four teeth
• Loves, loves to play patty cake (pics and video to come)
• Crawling backwards and scooting on her bottom. She also just tried to pull up on her own for the first time today.
• Doing big belly laughs when she gets really tickled (hilarious video to come)
• Hates 3rd foods, so we are skipping those and moving on to finger foods. So far she likes puffs, cheese, turkey and goldfish. We've tried bananas, carrots and apples and no luck on any of those yet. But we will be attempting some other soft fruits and veggies soon and hopefully she'll like them.
• She's like a little monkey crawling around in our arms. She wants to be on the ground or wants you to walk around so she can get a good look (and touch) everything. Such a busy, busy girl.
• Random objects like spatulas, lotion bottles, cell phones, remotes and empty bottles of water are some of her favorite things to play with these days. She's so curious about everything and it's amazing to watch her discover everything around her.
• Said Dada for sure now. She won't say it very often, but she definitely knows it now. Boy, does she love her Daddy.
• Officially has allergies and has started a daily regimen, which has resulted in her....
• Sleeping through the night!!! It only took nine months, but Lucy has been sleeping through the night since the day she started her allergy medicine. Thank you, thank you!

Being silly with Daddy, so precious
