Four Months!

Lulu is now four months old as of Friday, October 30th! With all of the Halloween events I didn't get this posted, so I am doing it now. I can't even begin to explain what a big month she has had. She has become so interested in everything around her and has just been so much fun! It's so amazing to watch this sweet and innocent baby girl learn about the world right in front of our eyes. She had her four month appointment this afternoon and did great. She of course cried pretty hard when she got her shots, but was such a good girl. Carlos and I were both talking about how we can't wait until we can take her to get ice cream after rough days like this. Here are her four month stats:

Weight: 15 lbs 8 oz (75-90%)
Length: 26.0 inches (97%)
Head Circumference: 16.25 (50-75%)

Below are all of the new things Lucy is now doing:
  • Rolling over on her side
  • Starting to like her bumbo and jumperoo and loves her activity play-mat
  • Starting to laugh...it is this deep noise that sounds like a long gasp of air and is absolutely hilarious
  • Loves to ride around in the Snugli (Baby Bjorn)
  • Mimicking all of the faces we make
  • Teething and drooling quite a bit
  • Definitely still loving her paci and her thumb. She has to have one or the other at all times.
  • Taking 6 oz bottles, size 2 nipples and wearing size 2 diapers
Four month old shot taken on Friday, of course with her thumb in her mouth.

Just arriving at Dr. Wilson's office for her four month check up.

She got tired of being in her carseat, so she was just hanging out with me here while we were waiting to be called back. She would not look at the camera for anything! :)

All tuckered out after her checkup.

She stayed asleep while we were getting her dressed. It's so tough being a baby! :)
